Rape Accusation Filed in San Miguel

MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION San Miguel, Iloilo June 6, 2013 The Chief Provincial Prosecutor Prosecutors Office Regional Trial Court, Chief Justice Ramon Q. Avancena Hall of Justice Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City Sir: The undersigned Chief of Police of San Miguel Municipal Station, San Miguel, Iloilo accuses German Delos Reyes, 28 years old, single, and a resident of Barangay Sta. Teresa Sur, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Iloilo, of the crime of rape, committed as follows: That on or about June 4, 2013, in Barangay Sta. Teresa Norte, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Iloilo, accused did there and then willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously by means of force, violence and intimidation, with the use of nighttime and an uninhabited place, that is by then and there threatening the victim Natalie Gonzales, with a knife, a hunting knife, which he was holding at the time should she not agree to submit herself to his criminal designs, did there and then willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously lie and have carnal knowledge of herein victim, against her will and consent. Request conduct of preliminary investigation on the matter for appropriate filing of information in court if found with probable cause.
