Muscles of the head and neck (9):


Muscle Origin Insertion Action
Frontalis Galea aponeurotica. Skin, superior to orbit. Wrinkles the forehead.
Temporalis Temporal & frontal bones. Coronoid process & ramus Elevates mandible & closes
