Step 1: sheet material, preferably in the form of coils, is already chromium plated prior to any stamping oper ation. Step 2: the openings, for example, in the form of hole patterns are stamped into the sheet metal, preferably
with a multiple tool.
Step 3: the deburxing of the stamping burrs takes place in accordance with Step 3 of Example 1, whereby
the preliminary degreasing and the subsequent brushing
are obviated due to the prior chromium plating. Step 4: the sheet material is subjected to a subsequent
chromium plating step for covering the stamping edges
and surfaces. Step 5: the Steps 6 and 7 of Example 1 are repeated.
