CHAPTER 3 3.0 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY 3.1ntroduction This chapter concerns the methodology that will be used in the study.

It includes the research design, the target population, sample size and sampling design, data source and collection procedures and data analysis techniques that will be utilized. 3.2 Research Design The study adopted a descriptive survey. Descriptive survey designs are used in

preliminary and exploratory studies (Luck & Rubin 1992) to allow researchers to gather summarize, present and interpret information appropriately. A survey in form of

standardized questions in a questionnaire was established to collect customer views and experiences.
