You should answer the following question. Taking any company from the FTSE 100 ([Link] You should research the company and then answer the following questions: 1) Consider the strategic history of the company over the past 20 years. How has the organisation developed and coped with change? How has leadership affected the strategic approach? (40% of the marks) 2) Perform a value chain analysis of the organisation, noting its source of competitive advantage and core competences. (30% of the marks)

3) Noting the resources of the organisation and its market opportunities, suggest the strategic options available to the company. (30% of the marks). In all cases, you should illustrate your answer with suitable models, diagrams and examples. Your answer should be well researched with a good range of appropriate sources.
