Creating Performance Management Plan


1. Switch responsibility (Reference training manual page 5) 2. Select HR Professional V4.0 responsibility (Open the Navigator window) 3. Click on the menu item labelled Performance Management and press the enter key

4. Click on Performance Management Plans Button

5. Click on Create Plan Button 6. Enter Plan name, Plan Administrator, start Date and End Date

7. Click on the GO button under the Attachments segments to attach VRA Corporate Scorecard

8. Click on the Browse Button and select the document from your desktop 9. Select Performance Management Plans under the Attachment Category

10. Click Apply.

11. Click Next . 12. Select the Hierarchy Type, Supervisor , Hierarchy Level, Assignment Types and Eligibility Profile name (If needed) .

13. Click Next . 14. Select Include Target Setting in Process Enter Start Date and Deadline for the target setting process Select Allow Changes Outside This Period , Automatic Allocation , Sharing and Alignment 15. Select Include Appraisals in Process (To select the appraisal template) 16. Click on Choose Existing Template Search form is displayed Enter the Template name and click GO

17. Select the template and Click on Select button 18. Enter Period Start Date, Period End Date , Task Start Date and Task End Date 19. Select the Initiator and appraisal type

20. Click Next .

21. Click on Save As Draft to save the plan 22. Click on Publish Button

23. Click Yes

Query For Performance Management Plan

6. Click on Update to do any changes on the created plan 7. Click on Duplicate if plan have to be duplicated NB : Duplicated Plan name should be change before the plan can be save
