AGRICULTURAL SCIENTISTS RECRUITMENT BOARD

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for direct selection to 17 RMP, 22 PC/HOD/Equivalent, 30 Principal Scientist and 104 Senior Scientist positions in the ICAR (ICAR Hqrs. and its Institutes). Pay/Pay Band : (i) Research Management Position (RMP) (Item No.01-17), Project Coordinator (PC), Head of Division (HOD)/Equivalent (Item No.18-39) and Principal Scientist (Item No.40-69): Minimum pay of `43,000/- in the Pay Band-4 of `37400-67000 with RGP of `10,000/-. (ii) Senior Scientist/ Equivalent (Item No.70-173): Pay Band-4 of `37400-67000 with RGP of `9,000/-. Age Criteria (i) For RMP and PC/HOD/Equivalent positions: The candidate must not have attained the age of 60 years as on 10.06.2013. The retirement age is 62 years (ii) For Principal Scientist positions : The candidate must not have attained the age of 52 years as on 10.06.2013. The retirement age is 62 years (iii) For Senior Scientist positions : The candidate must not have attained the age of 47 years as on 10.06.2013. The retirement age is 62 years. The closing date for receipt of duly filled in applications in ASRB is 10.06.2013. However, for the applications posted from abroad/ notified remote areas, the closing date for receipt of applications in ASRB would be 25.06.2013 . The last date for receipt of Through Proper Channel copy of applications in ASRB is 17.07.2013. In case the advance copy of the applications is not received in ASRB by 10.06.2013 (25.06.2013 for abroad/notified remote areas), the applicant is required to send the Through Proper Channel copy of application in the ASRB by 10.06.2013 (25.06.2013 for abroad/notified remote areas). The application(s) not received by the said date(s) in ASRB shall be summarily rejected without any notice.
