1. Start the SAPlogon-pad Turn on your computer and sign-in using your network credentials.

Launch the SAPlogon-pad program by double clicking its icon on your desktop, or by selecting it from Start, Programs, SAP Frontend.

Double-click the entry for the system you wish to configure for printing (PROD or QAS).

Open the User Profile settings screen Click the System pulldown menu Choose the User profile full-out menu Choose Own data (the Maintain User Profile screen will appear)
4. Selecting the LOCAL PRINTER Select the Defaults tab Click in the field for Output Device (in the Output Controller section; a pulldown button will appear) Click the pulldown button to the right of the field

5. Place a single asterisk in the the Output device field (in the Restrict Value Range dialog box) Click the green check to display a list of available printers

Scroll through the list of Printers to locate LOCAL PRINTER

Double-click the LOCAL PRINTER definition to select
8.
Select/check the Output immediately and Delete after output options
9. Click the Save icon on the toolbar (picture of a floppy diskette)
10. Close the SAP R/3 System window
You are now ready to print in the system and Client you have selected
