ANNOTATION To the License paper on the subject Improvement of management functions in the frame of IUVASLTD The management of one

economic unit is fixed around some activities that must be executed, and which in fact, are synthesized in their functions. The actuality of this subject consist in the fact that realization of established objectives for a period within the organization depends on interdependent strong manifestation of all functions of the management, evidently with different intensities. Their implementation is very important, each function is important, but the most important moment is the fact that there are interdependent, forming a cycle, which can not be interrupted, if we want to realize stable objectives. Management functions represent a complex of actions relatively independent, that are subsequent in a certain way in time and that are effected by a subject leader that has a rational influence on leaded object, in the purpose to establish the objectives and their realization. In the given work, I have analyzed theoretical aspects of management functions, applying of management functions in the frame of the enterprise C.S. IUVAS LTD. And I have elaborated an prepared some proposals, increase of personnel qualification by means of improvement courses; as well as involvement of executive personnel while taking decisions of middle level and of executions. For efficient realization of targets, it is necessary to perform informational systems, the intranet system creation of would be an efficient modality. As about increasing of work productivity, for a more efficient work of the personnel it is necessary to stimulate it, mare exactly by positive motivation. I have proposed also the improvement of organizational structure, creation of marketing section, in this way will be reduced manager liabilities and duties, so the work will be more effective. There is characteristic the interdependence between functions, the connections and complementary. They must be known well and applied in managerial practice, because together form the content of leading process. So, for enterprise prospering, it must be managed by a good manager, that will know the art of leading and will apply skillfully the methods, techniques and managerial principles, in order to achieve eventually the goals of the company.
