Terrace Room
Capacity300 banquet style, 400 lecture style / room 100 banquet style, 180 lecture style
Saturday, Sunday (Daytime) Events must end at 3pm with clean-up and out of the building by 4pm 100 or less: (1/2 Room): $1,500 / 5 hours + $250 each additional hour 100-300: (Full Room): $1,800 / 5 hours + $250 each additional hour Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Evening) Set-up/arrival beginning at 5pm, with clean-up and out of the building by 10pm $2,375 / 5 hours + $250 each additional hour Monday-Friday (Daytime) Set up/arrival beginning after 8am with clean-up and out of the building by 4pm 100 or less: (1/2 Room): $550 / 5 hours + $100 each additional hour or $850 / all day ending at 4pm 100-300: (Full Room): $750 / 5 hours + $100 each additional hour Monday-Thursday (Evening) Set-up/arrival beginning at 5pm, with clean-up and out of the building by 10pm 100 or less: (1/2 Room): $750 / 5 hours + $250 each additional hour 100-300: (Full Room): $950 / 5 hours + $250 each additional hour
For all daytime and evening rentals, there is a $250.00 damage/security deposit, which will be refunded 4-6 weeks following your event, barring any property damage or guidelines violations.
Your Botanica Room Rental Includes the Following:
5 hours of time for decorating, event and clean-up Use of both rented Building/Room and Choice of Garden for ceremony Rental fee includes admission to the gardens for your guests Tables and Chairs with set-up (inside) Uniformed Security Guard for all Evening Events You provide all food, drinks, entertainment, linens and decorating

Set-up/arrival beginning at 10am, with clean-up and out of the building by 10pm $3,850 / 12 hours + $250 each additional hour
Includes: 12 hours of time for decorating, event and clean-up Use of both the Terrace Room / Terrace Patio and Choice of Garden for ceremony Rental fee includes admission to the gardens for your guests Table and Chairs with set-up (inside) Uniformed Security Guard in the evening after 5pm Use of the Brides Room for 12 hours You provide all food, drinks, entertainment, and decorating

Ceremony Only
$20 per person (bride/groom/minister/photographer/adult/child/etc.), ($250 minimum) Includes use of a garden area of choice for up to one hour for a ceremony and photos. Food/beverage not allowed with this package, and room/indoor location not provided in inclement weather.

-White garden chairs $2 each -Iron Arch and 2 columns - $100 -Brides Dressing Room - $100 with Terrace Room package, $500 without package -Canopy and Concourse lighting - $40 -Audio-Visual Package - $100 (projector, laptop, AV screen, podium, mic) -Additional hours available for minimal fee
