The lenses are covered by a flap that protects the camera interior from damage. The name and details of the student using the camera, the class, teacher and dispatchers signature so its whereabouts is known. Ask the person whether they suffer from problems to do with lighting or sudden flashes of light. Take all pictures quickly so that problems such as hyperthermia or heatstroke dont occur. Stairs are clearly marked Student Name: Grace Williams ACTION PLAN What further control measures are required when and by whom Other students nearby who have also been briefed in case there are problems. Do not use the camera round food or drinks and only use in the appropriate places. Have a designated area in which you can use it with a supervisor present. Ensure the flash output on the camera isnt over exceeding a limit of usual degrees of light. Perform in an environment that has shelter Have other students around in order for a model to be safe.
