Banking profession is an attractive option for young graduates. Probationary Officers are recruited by individual banks as and when required. Banks hire eligible graduates through PO exams and train them for a period of two years. The selected candidates' performance during the probation period will decide their position after training. You should keep yourself informed as different banks have different dates for entrance test for PO Exams.
