Amal Saad Alshehri

PhD researcher in Legal NLP and Information Retrieval at Durham University. I work on retrieval and entailment over statutory and case law, and on evaluation methods for legal language models.

  • Team DU systems for COLIEE 2026 (ranked first on Task 4, statute-law entailment)
  • Neural reranking for UK statutory retrieval
