Objetivo da prova
Olá, sou Leonardo Silva, aluno do 3º ano do curso
Técnico de Desporto da Escola Profissional da
Horta. Hoje apresento a minha Prova de Aptidão
Profissional, um momento que mostra
conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo destes três anos
de formação.
O Técnico de Desporto é um profissional que atua
na gestão e organização de eventos e atividades
físicas, promovendo o lazer e o bem-estar em
modalidades individuais ou coletivas. Alinhado a
este perfil, escolhi como projeto final o 'Triple
Challenge Faial', um circuito desportivo que integra
corrida, natação e ciclismo, aberto a todas as
pessoas.
Optei por este projeto devido ao meu grande
interesse pela área desde o início. Vejo nele uma
oportunidade de aplicar as minhas competências em
um desafio diferente, que promove a atividade física
e reflete minha paixão pelo desporto e pelo impacto
positivo que ele pode gerar na comunidade.

 Legislação do Sistema Educativo
A Lei de Bases do Sistema Educativo (Lei n.º 46/86, de 14 de outubro), com as alterações posteriores, define o
enquadramento geral da educação em Portugal, incluindo a formação profissional.
O Decreto-Lei n.º 92/2014, de 20 de junho, que regula o Catálogo Nacional de Qualificações, abrange qualificações na
área do desporto e estabelece referenciais de formação.

Regulamentação da Profissão de Técnico de Desporto

A Lei n.º 39/2012, de 28 de agosto (alterada pela Lei n.º 106/2019, de 6 de setembro) regula o exercício das profissões
no setor do desporto, incluindo as funções de técnico de desporto.

Ensino Profissional
O Decreto-Lei n.º 139/2012, de 5 de julho, regula os cursos profissionais no ensino secundário, incluindo os cursos na área do
Desporto, que preparam técnicos para atuar em contextos educativos e comunitários.

Certificação e Formação
Os técnicos que atuam em escolas profissionais devem possuir formação específica em desporto, obtida em cursos
profissionais (nível 4) ou superiores, ou formação certificada pelo IPDJ.

 Regulamento

O regulamento de um triatlo é definido para garantir a segurança, a

igualdade e a organização da prova. As regras podem variar ligeiramente
entre competições, mas seguem as diretrizes gerais estabelecidas pela
World Triathlon. O triatlo combina três modalidades realizadas
consecutivamente: natação, que pode ser em piscina ou águas abertas
(mar, rio ou lago); ciclismo, geralmente em estradas asfaltadas, com uso
obrigatório de capacete; e corrida, realizada em estradas, trilhos ou
pistas, conforme a prova. Durante as transições, os atletas devem passar
pelas zonas específicas: T1 (natação para ciclismo) e T2 (ciclismo para
corrida), com o tempo gasto contabilizado no total da prova. É obrigatório
o uso de dorsal visível e, frequentemente, de um chip de
cronometragem para registo dos tempos. Além disso, o equipamento
essencial inclui óculos de natação, capacete ajustado para o ciclismo e
calçado adequado para a corrida, garantindo segurança e conformidade
com as regras.

ajustado antes de tocar na bicicleta;
drafting (andar na esteira de outro
ciclista) pode ser permitido ou
proibido, dependendo da prova; as
bicicletas devem estar em boas
condições e cumprir normas de
segurança e é proibido desrespeitar
o percurso, cortar caminho ou
interferir no desempenho de outros
atletas.
Corrida

Na especialidade de corrida o
dorsal deve estar visível à frente, é
obrigatório cumprir o percurso
sinalizado pela organização e não é
permitido o uso de dispositivos de
auxílio, como fones de ouvido ou
auriculares.
Penalizações e Desclassificações
Os atletas podem ser penalizados ou desclassificados se não
cumprirem as regras da competição, como desviar do
percurso, não usar o equipamento obrigatório, adotar
comportamentos anti desportivos ou desrespeitar as áreas de
transição. A segurança é uma prioridade, sendo
responsabilidade da organização garantir assistência médica
durante o evento, enquanto os atletas devem avaliar a sua
condição física e conhecer o regulamento da prova. Cada
competição pode ter regras específicas, como tempos
máximos para etapas, categorias de idade e uso de
equipamento, tornando essencial a leitura do regulamento
oficial.
