consecutivos, com possíveis rolagens e extensões.
The total contractual quantity of the commodity sold and purchased under this agreement is 15 (fifteen) total
Metric Ton being 3 (three) per annum being: 250 (two hundreds and fifty) kg per month.
This specified 250 (two hundreds and fifty) quantity is equivalent to 1 (one) month's supply to be repeated for:
Spot + 59 months consecutive calendar months with possible roll-overs and extensions.

INSPEÇÃO: O Vendedor e o Comprador concordam mutuamente que a SGS ou

INSPETORA será uma empresa de independente de primeira classe,
reconhecida internacionalmente, a ser designada nos portos de carga e/ou
descarga, para avaliar a qualidade e a quantidade da carga de acordo com
as disposições aqui estabelecidas. O Vendedor paga o custo de inspeção
SGS ou da INSPETORA no porto de carregamento.
(Seller and Buyer mutually agree that SGS or INSPECTORATE an internationally recognized first Class
independent surveyor company shall be appointed at loading and/or discharge ports, to assess the quality
and quantity of the cargo according to the provisions herein stated. Seller pay SGS or INSPECTORATE
inspection cost at loading port.)
TAMANHO DA CARGA: De acordo com as condições do contrato. O Vendedor terá que providenciar
