b. alarm function:
There are AL1, 2, 3 & ALD 1, 2, 3 to be set.
For example:
ALD1 to be set 07 (Please refer to alarm selection)
AL1 to be set 2 (AL1 = 2. It means alarm while segment 2 ends)
ALT1 to be set 00.10 (Alarm time 10 sec)
In this case, when program proceeds to the ending of segment 2 , ALM1 relay will be on 10 sec.
If ALT1 is to be set “99.59”,the alarm relay will be on continuously, but if it is set “0”, the alarm relay will be
on flickering.
c. Ending function:
If ALD2 is set “17” (Please refer to alarm selection) and “SET A.4” is set “1”, this controller will turn off after
the program performs 8 steps, or 16 steps if the two patterns are linked . After ending, PV and END will

4-8 Master & Slaver:
Our microprocessor controller with program can be ordered master & slaver function. One master controller
with the program function can bring many units of slaver controllers to perform the program function so these
slaver controllers don’t need the program function. And each slaver can be set different rates of SV according to
master controller.
The master & slaver function uses TTL communication to connect each other, and is available only with our
products not with the products of other companies. It needs to be installed hardware and to change some
parameters, so please order it with our distributors.
The slaver unit must change parameter as following:
a. SET0.2=1 to open “RATE” function (RATE instead of AL3).
b. SET2.1=1 to open [Link] AL3 is skipped.
c. SET4.1=1 to open [Link] ALD3is skipped.

M, and W are ASCII codes, and the HEX corresponding are R: 52H, M:4DH , W:57H.
XINDO: Each controller allows the setting of its own ID, ranging from 0(00H)~100(63H). When
monitoring more than one, make sure that the ID for each controller is different from each other. When
XINDO setting is “0”, it’s the master setting; therefore, don’t set this code as “0” if the controller is
linked with PC.
CHNO: This code can be any value of one-byte data. (00 H~FF H)
XADDR: Each of the setting values of the codes in the temperature controller has its unique address.
See Appendix 1 for detailed reference.
XDATA1: Data Content — high byte
XDATA2: Data Content — low byte
CHSUM: Check Sum of the six values mentioned above. Truncate extra digits when carrying up.
