Bio

I’m Robby McCullough, co-founder of Beaver Builder and a longtime WordPress product builder. My current interests are around building better websites with LLMs and agents, and exploring practical ideas for agentic websites. At Beaver Builder, I take a community-centric, laid-back approach to marketing, with a focus on useful tools and the people building with them.

Interests

I’m a new dad, so family has become my number one interest. I also enjoy football, mountain biking, eating out and going to see live music.

WordPress Origin Story

I believe I found WordPress around 2010. I built a guitar tablature website and used WordPress to blog about news and updates to the site. Later, around 2013, I joined a web design agency called Fastline Media, and it was there that we started working on the code base that eventually became Beaver Builder.
