    Bio

    Hi, I’m Detlef, a photo and film technician from fascinating Berlin. Outside of my job, I pursue my passions for strength training, railway technology, and anything that’s too big, too heavy, or too expensive—my personal madness, so to speak.

    When I’m not taking the perfect shot or tinkering with trains, I’m probably lifting weights or devising the next bold training plan. Oh, and I have a weakness for original, humorous ideas and am convinced that the best inspiration often lies in the little things in everyday life—or under a really heavy barbell.

    About us and me

    Who we are

    We are six strong guys – gay, athletic, and with a penchant for crazy ideas. What unites us? Our passion for strength training and life in its full intensity. In the winter, we had an inspiration: Let’s create a platform – for getting to know each other, exchanging ideas, laughing, discussing, and inspiring each other.

    Who originally had the idea? No idea. But it took off – and here we are now: open, curious, and full of energy.

    Our community loves muscles, friendship, freedom – and honest encounters. One thing is clear: everyone counts. All input is welcome. Only one thing is left out: religious proselytizing. Faith is a private matter, and we respect that.

    Anything else? It’s possible. And now Detlef is taking over – our muscleman with heart and brain, who not only carries Fred through everyday life but now also manages Gay Mill as its editor.

    So much for Sven, one of the six guys.
