DESCRIZIONE GENERALE

Il condizionatore d’aria Fresco 3000 RT, consente di raggiungere il massimo comfort termico nella cabina guida
dei veicoli industriali durante le soste diurne e notturne.

FUNZIONA A MOTORE SPENTO, in modo estremamente silenzioso. Si installa rapidamente senza necessità di
modifiche su qualunque tipo di veicolo provvisto di oblò.

Utilizza refrigerante R134a (fluido refrigerante ecologico).

FUNZIONAMENTO / CENTRALINA DI CONTROLLO

E’ POSSIBILE UTILIZZARE FRESCO 3000 RT ATTIVANDO L’ARIA CONDIZIONATA O SOLO LA FUNZIONE

VENTILAZIONE.

CONDIZIONAMENTO (AC)

T0 : TEMPERATURA IMPOSTATA DALL’UTENTE

Tamb : TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE RILEVATA DALLA SONDA

V1 : VELOCITA’ DI ROTAZIONE DEL COMPRESSORE (2500 Rpm)

V2 : VELOCITA’ DI ROTAZIONE DEL COMPRESSORE (4000 Rpm)

I principi base di funzionamento della centralina sono:

Dopo circa 30 secondi dall’accensione, si avvia automaticamente la ventilazione.

L’impianto AC può restare acceso per un massimo di 6 ore.

Sul display compare sempre la temperatura impostata dall’utente (T0).

La temperatura impostabile dall’utente è compresa tra 17°C e 28°C.

FUNZIONE DEL TASTO ACCENSIONE / SPEGNIMENTO - TIMER (rif.a – vedi fig.2)

Funzione Accensione / Spegnimento:

Quando il sistema è spento, la pressione per oltre 2 secondi su questo tasto, accende l’impianto AC.
Se l’impianto è acceso, la pressione per oltre 2 secondi su questo tasto, spegne l’impianto AC.

Funzione Timer (rif.a – vedi fig.2):

Se l’impianto è acceso, ogni pressione rapida su questo tasto, diminuisce di 1 ora il funzionamento dell’impianto.

FUNZIONE DEL TASTO MAX AC (rif.f – vedi fig.2) (consente di ottenere la massima resa dell’impianto)

Quando il sistema è acceso, (di default in modalità V1) premendo il tasto MAX AC si avvia la velocità V2 di
rotazione del compressore per 4 ore consecutive e sul display si illumina completamente il simbolo del fiocco
di neve (normalmente, in velocità V1, acceso a metà).
Una volta attivata questa funzione, se si preme nuovamente il tasto MAX AC, si ritorna alla velocità V1.
Premendo il tasto TIMER con il MAX AC inserito, le ore di funzionamento del compressore in velocità V2 possono
diminuire da 4 a 1 con step di 1 ora.

VENTILAZIONE (VENT)

Se ad impianto spento si premono i tasti di incremento o decremento ventilazione (rif.c – vedi fig.2), si attiva il
solo ventilatore dell’evaporatore potendo scegliere tra 6 differenti velocità, visualizzate sul display della centralina.
Per spegnere il ventilatore occorre impostare il valore 0 sul display della centralina, agendo sul tasto di
decremento velocità ventilazione.

FUNZIONE SALVA BATTERIA (AC / VENT)

La funzione salva-batteria interviene quando la tensione scende sotto il valore di 21,5V.

In questo caso, l’impianto (AC o VENT) si spegne, disattivando anche la funzione di ventilazione e sul display
compare il messaggio E1 e si illumina il simbolo della batteria.

Quando la tensione ritorna, per almeno 10 secondi, al valore di 25V, il sistema si riattiva automaticamente
iniziando a far partire la ventola del condensatore e in successione la ventola dell'evaporatore e il compressore.

TELECOMANDO

Il telecomando regola sia la funzione condizionamento che la funzione ventilazione.

Mediante il telecomando è possibile:
- Accendere e spegnere l’impianto (vedi rif.a fig.2)
- Regolare la temperatura (vedi rif.b fig.2)
- Regolare la velocità di ventilazione (vedi rif.c fig.2)
- Inserire la funzione di MAX AC (vedi rif.f fig.2)
- Modificare la funzione TIMER (vedi rif.a fig.2)

USO E MANUTENZIONE

IL Fresco 3000 RT viene già fornito carico di refrigerante (450g di R134a) e collaudato. Il compressore è già
provvisto di lubrificante.

ll condizionatore FRESCO 3000 RT funziona a motore spento in modo estremamente silenzioso.

Si raccomanda di non utilizzare FRESCO 3000 RT durante la marcia del veicolo. E’ stato ideato per funzionare
durante la sosta.

Efficiente e sicuro, ha un ridotto consumo elettrico che non compromette l’integrità della batteria del veicolo
assicurandone sempre l’avviamento; E’ dotato di dispositivo salva-batteria (vedi paragrafo funzionamento).

Per migliorare l’efficienza del condizionatore si consiglia di:

se possibile, prima della sua accensione, parcheggiare il veicolo al riparo dai raggi solari.

Nel caso in cui la temperatura all’interno della cabina raggiungesse valori troppo elevati, si consiglia, durante la
sosta, di avviare il climatizzatore del veicolo per abbattere più rapidamente il calore in eccesso. Spegnere poi il
motore del veicolo ed accendere FRESCO 3000 RT che manterrà la temperatura desiderata.

Durante il riposo notturno, tenere chiusi i finestrini del veicolo per evitare dispersioni di aria fresca ed immissione di
caldo ed umidità'.

La manutenzione dell’impianto è praticamente nulla.

Evitare di lasciare inattivo a lungo il condizionatore ma avviarlo almeno una volta al mese anche nei periodi
invernali, in quanto il funzionamento garantisce la lubrificazione di alcuni componenti che tenderebbero ad
essiccarsi se lasciati inattivi per molto tempo.

Controllare periodicamente la batteria condensatrice e, se necessario pulirla mediante aria compressa, avendo
cura di non danneggiare le alette in alluminio. E’ opportuno verificare il funzionamento dell’elettroventola
condensatore.

Quando si lavora in prossimità degli scambiatori di calore, prestare attenzione a non tagliarsi con le estremità
taglienti delle alette.

Sulle alette, si possono depositare insetti, lanuggine ed altri corpi che portano ad una riduzione dell'efficienza dello
scambiatore di calore.

All’inizio di ogni stagione, ispezionare ogni componente dell’impianto, compresi i componenti elettrici, per
accertarsi che non si siano verificate anomalie.

Durante il lavaggio del veicolo, assicurarsi di non dirigere getti d’acqua violenti all’interno dell’unità condensatrice
dalla parte bassa ed attraverso le feritoie dell’elettroventola; eventualmente proteggere con un involucro.

EVENTUALI RIPARAZIONI OPPURE INTERVENTI PER LA CARICA E RECUPERO DI REFRIGERANTE,

DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITI PRESSO OFFICINE AUTORIZZATE AUTOCLIMA E DA PERSONALE
QUALIFICATO.

The air conditioner Fresco 3000 RT allows to keep optimum thermal conditions inside the industrial vehicles’ driving
cabins during day or night stops.

IT WORKS WHEN ENGINE IS SWITCHED OFF and is extremely quiet. It can be easily installed on any type of
vehicle without alterations (with existing roof hatch).

It uses R134a refrigerant (ecological refrigerant fluid).

OPERATION / CONTROL PANEL

FRESCO 3000 RT CAN BE USED BY ACTIVATING THE AIR CONDITIONING OR THE FAN FUNCTION ONLY.

CONDITIONING (AC)

T0 : TEMPERATURE SET BY USER

V1 : COMPRESSOR ROTATION SPEED (2500 Rpm)

V2 : COMPRESSOR ROTATION SPEED (4000 Rpm)

The basic operating principles of the central control unit are:

About 30” after switching on, the ventilation starts up automatically.

The AC system can run for a maximum of 6 hours.

The display always shows the temperature set by the user (T0).

The temperature which can be set by the user is between 17°C and 28°C.

ON / OFF - TIMER BUTTON OPERATION - TIMER (ref.a – see fig.2)

ON / OFF function:
When the system is switched off, pressing down this button for more than 2 seconds, switches on the AC system.
If the system is switched on, pressing down this button for more than 2 seconds, switches off the AC system.

Timer function: (ref.a – see fig.2):

If the system is switched on, every time the TIMER button is pressed quickly, the system operation time is reduced
by 1 hour.

MAX AC BUTTON OPERATION (offers maximum performance by the system) (ref.f – see fig.2)

When the system is running, (by default in mode V1) press the MAX AC button to start rotation speed V2 of the
compressor for 4 consecutive hours and the whole snowflake symbol will light up on the display (despite being
usually only half lit at speed V1).
Once this function has been activated, press the MAX AC button again to return to speed V1.
By pressing the TIMER button with MAX AC engaged, the compressor running time at speed V2 may diminish from
4 to 1 with steps of 1 hour.

VENTILATION (FAN)

If the fan increase or reduction buttons are pressed (ref.c – see fig.2) when the system is switched off, only the
evaporator fan is activated, with the choice of 6 different speeds, shown on the central control unit display.
To switch off the fan it is necessary to set the value 0 on the central control unit display, using the fan speed
reduction button.

SAVE BATTERY FUNCTION (AC / FAN)

The save-battery function starts when the power falls below a value of 21,5V.
In this case, the system (AC or VENT) shuts down, also deactivating the fan function and the message E1
appears on the display and the battery symbol lights up.
When the power returns, for at least 10 seconds, to the value of 25V, the system is automatically reactivated,
starting up the condenser fan, followed by the evaporator fan and compressor

REMOTE CONTROL

The remote control regulates both the conditioning function and the fan function.
Using the remote control it is possible to:
- Switch the system on and off (ref.a – see fig.2)
- Regulate the temperature (ref.b – see fig.2)
- Regulate the fan speed (ref.c – see fig.2)
- Engage the MAX AC function (ref.f – see fig.2)
- Modify the TIMER function (ref.a – see fig.2)

MAINTENANCE AND SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

The Fresco 3000 RT comes supplied with refrigerant (450g of R134a) and is already tested. The compressor is
already supplied with lubricant.

The Fresco 3000 RT air conditioner operates with engine switched off and is extremely quiet.

We recommend that you do not use Fresco 3000 RT while the vehicle is moving. It is designed to operate while
the vehicle is stationary.

It’s efficient and safe and its power consumption is low and it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the vehicle’s
batteries, always guaranteeing its setting in motion. It has a save-battery device (see paragraph on operation).

To improve the Fresco 3000 RT conditioner’s efficiency mind the following:

if possible, before switching it on, park the vehicle away from sunbeams.

Should the temperature inside the cab rise excessively, we recommend, while the vehicle is stationary, starting up
the vehicle air conditioning system to reduce the heat as quickly as possible.
Then switch off the vehicle engine and switch on Fresco 3000 RT to maintain the temperature required.

During night rest keep the vehicle’s windows closed in order to avoid the wasting of fresh air and the incoming of
hot and humid air.

There is practically no need for the system’s maintenance:

Avoid keeping the conditioner inactive for a long period of time but start it al least once a month even during
winter months since the functioning of it guarantees the lubrication of components which would dry up if left
inactive for too long.

Periodically control the condenser battery and, if necessary, clean it with compressed air, being careful to not
damaging the aluminium rests. It is good to check the functioning of the condenser’s electric fan.

When working near heat exchangers, be careful to not getting cut with the cutting edges of the winglets.

Insects, floss and other material may deposit on the winglets, reducing the efficiency of the heat exchanger.

At the start of each season inspect every part of the system, including electric components, to make sure there
aren’t any abnormal conditions.

While washing the vehicle, make sure you don’t direct violent jets of water towards the inside of the condenser unit
from the lower part and through the slits of the electric fan; in case protect it with a covering.

ANY REPAIR OR INTERVENTION FOR THE CHARGING OR THE COLLECTION OF REFRIGERANT MUST BE
DEALT WITH AT AUTHORISED AUTOCLIMA MAINTENANCE SHOPS AND BY QUALIFIED STAFF.

sans qu’ il nécessaire d’apporter de modifications sur tout type de véhicule (avec lanterneau existant).

IL EST POSSIBLE D’UTILISER FRESCO 3000 RT EN ACTIVANT LA CLIMATISATION OU SEULEMENT LA

FONCTION VENTILATION.

CLIMATISATION (AC)

T0 : TEMPERATURE REGLEE PAR L’UTILISATEUR

V1 : VITESSE DE ROTATION DU COMPRESSEUR (2500 t/m)

V2 : VITESSE DE ROTATION DU COMPRESSEUR (4000 t/m)

Les principes base de fonctionnement de la centrale sont:

Après environ 30” de l’allumage, la ventilation démarre automatiquement.

L’installation AC peut rester allumée pendant un maximum de 6 heures.

Sur l’afficheur apparaît toujours la température imposée par l’utilisateur (T0).

La température qui peut être imposée par l’utilisateur est comprise entre 17°C et 28°C.

FONCTION DE LA TOUCHE ALLUMAGE / EXTINCTION - TIMER (ref.a – voir fig.2)

Fonction Allumage / Extinction:

Quand le système est éteint, la pression pendant plus de 2 s sur cette touche, allume le climatiseur.
Si le climatiseur est allumé, la pression pendant plus de 2 s sur cette touche, désactive le système.

Fonction TIMER: (ref.a – voir fig.2):

Si le climatiseur est allumé, toute pression rapide sur cette touche, diminue de 1 heure le fonctionnement de
l’installation.

FONCTION DE LA TOUCHE MAX AC (permet d’obtenir le plus grand rendement du climatiseur) (ref.f – voir
fig.2)

Quand le système est allumé, (de défaut en modalité V1) en appuyant sur la touche MAX AC il assume la vitesse
V2 de rotation du compresseur pendant 4 heures consécutives et sur le display s’allume complètement le
symbole du flocon de neige (normalement, à la vitesse V1, allumé à moitié).
Une fois cette fonction activée, si on appuie à nouveau sur la touche MAX AC, on retourne à la vitesse V1.
En appuyant sur la touche TIMER avec MAX AC inséré, les heures de fonctionnement du compresseur à la vitesse
V2 peuvent diminuer de 4 à 1 avec pas de 1 heure.

VENTILATION (VENT)

Si quand le climatiseur est éteint on appuie sur les touches d’augmentation ou de diminution de la ventilation (ref.c
– voir fig.2), seul le ventilateur de l’évaporateur est activé en pouvant choisir parmi 6 vitesses différentes,
visualisées sur l’afficheur de la centrale.
Pour éteindre le ventilateur il faut imposer la valeur 0 sur l’afficheur de la centrale, en agissant sur la touche de
réduction de la vitesse de ventilation.

FONCTION DE PROTECTION DE LA BATTERIE (AC / VENT)

La fonction de protection de la batterie intervient quand la tension descend en dessous de la valeur de 21,5V.
Dans ce cas, l’installation (AC ou VENT) s’éteint, en désactivant également la fonction de ventilation et sur le
display apparaît le message E1 et s’ allume le symbole de la batterie.

Quand la tension retourne, pendant au moins 10 secondes, à la valeur de 25V, le système se réactive
automatiquement en commençant à faire partir le ventilateur du condenseur et ensuite le ventilateur de
l’évaporateur et le compresseur.

TELECOMMANDE

La télécommande règle à la fois la fonction climatisation et la fonction ventilation.

Au moyen de la télécommande il est possible de:
- Allumer et éteindre le climatiseur (ref.a - voir fig.2)
- Régler la température (ref.b - voir fig.2)
- Régler la vitesse de ventilation (ref.c - voir fig.2)
- Insérer la fonction de MAX AC (ref.f - voir fig.2)
- Modifier la fonction TIMER (ref.a - voir fig.2)

ENTRETIEN ET CONSEILS D’UTILISATION

Le Fresco 3000 RT est déjà fourni chargé de réfrigérant (450g R134a) et mis au point. Le compresseur est déjà
prévu de lubrifiant.

Le climatiseur Fresco 3000 RT fonctionne a moteur éteint de façon extremement silencieuse.

Il est recommande de ne pas utiliser Fresco 3000 RT pendant la marche du vehicule. Il a ete projete pour
fonctionner pendant l’arret.

Efficace et fiable, il a une consommation electrique reduite qui ne compromet pas l’integrite de la batterie du
vehicule en garantissant toujours le damarrage. Il est dote d’un coupe-circuit batterie (voir paragraphe
fonctionnement).

Pour ameliorer l’efficacite du climatiseur Fresco 3000 RT, il est conseille de:

Si possible, avant son allumage, stationner le vehicule a l’abri des rayons de soleil.

Dans le cas ou la temperature a l’interieur de la cabine atteint des valeurs trop elevees, il est conseille, pendant
l’arret, de demarrer le climatiseur du vehicule pour reduire le plus rapidement possible la chaleur en exces.
Eteindre le moteur du vehicule et allumer Fresco 3000 RT qui maintiendra la temperature voulue.

Pendant le repos nocturne, maintenir fermes les vitres du vehicule pour eviter des dispersions d’air frais et
introduction de chaleur et humidite.

L’entretien de l’installation est pratiquement nul.

Éviter de laisser longtemps inactif le climatiseur mais le faire fonctionner au moins une fois par mois même
pendant l’hiver, car le fonctionnement garantit le graissage de certains composants qui auraient tendance à sécher
si laisser inactifs pendant très longtemps.

Contrôler périodiquement la batterie de condensation et, si nécessaire la nettoyer avec de l’air comprimé, en
ayant soin de ne pas endommager les ailettes en aluminium. Il est opportun de vérifier le fonctionnement de
l’électroventilateur condenseur.

Lorsqu’ on travaille à proximité des échangeurs de chaleur, prêter attention à ne pas se couper avec les extrémités
coupantes des ailettes.

Sur les ailettes, peuvent se déposer des insectes, des duvets et autres corps qui provoquent une réduction de
l’efficacité de l’échangeur de chaleur.

Au début de chaque saison, inspecter chaque composant de l’installation, y compris les composants électriques,
pour vérifier qu’aucune anomalie ne se soit produite.

Pendant le lavage du véhicule, faire attention à ne pas diriger des jets d’eau violents à l’intérieur de l’unité de
condensation de la partie basse et à travers les fentes de l’électroventilateur condenseur.; éventuellement protéger
avec une protection.

KLIMATISIERUNG (AC)

T0 : VOM NUTZER EINGESTELLTE TEMPERATUR

Tamb : VON DER SONDE GEMESSENE UMGEBUNGSTEMPERATUR

V1 : DREHGESCHWINDIGKEIT DEN KOMPRESSOR (2500 U/min)

Die Grundprinzipien für den Betrieb des Steuergeräts sind:

Etwa 30” nach dem Anschalten wird automatisch die Lüftung eingeschaltet.

Die AC-Anlage kann maximal 6 Stunden in Betrieb bleiben.

Auf dem Display erscheint immer die Temperatur, die vom Nutzer eingestellt wurde (T0).

Die vom Nutzer einstellbare Temperatur liegt zwischen 17°C und 28°C.

FUNKTION DER TASTE ANSCHALTEN / ABSCHALTEN - TIMER (Vgl.a– siehe Abb.2)

Anschalten / Abschalten Funktion :

Wenn das System abgeschaltet ist, schaltet man die AC-Anlage an, bei dieser Taster Drücken über 2 Sekunden.
Wenn das System angeschaltet ist, schaltet man die AC-Anlage ab, bei dieser Taster Drücken fuer mehr als 2
Sekunden.
Timer Funktion: (Vgl.a – siehe Abb.2):
Wenn die Anlage abgeschaltet ist, je kurze Drück auf diese Taster von 1 Stunde die Arbeitszeit von der Anlage
reduziert.

FUNKTION DER TASTE MAX AC (ermöglicht die maximale Leistungsfähigkeit der Anlage) (Vgl.f – siehe
Abb.2)

Wenn das System angeschaltet ist (standardmäßig im Modus V1), startet man mit der Taste MAX AC die
Drehgeschwindigkeit V2 des Kompressors für 4 Stunden hintereinander und auf dem Display leuchtet das Symbol
der Schneeflocke vollständig (bei Geschwindigkeit V1 leuchtet es normalerweise halb).
Wenn diese Funktion aktiviert wurde und man noch einmal die Taste MAX AC drückt, kehrt man zur
Geschwindigkeit V1 zurück.
Wenn man bei eingeschaltetem MAX AC die Taste TIMER drückt, können die Betriebsstunden des Kompressors
in Geschwindigkeit V2 in Schritten von je 1 Stunde von 4 auf 1 verringert werden.

LÜFTUNG (VENT)

Wenn man bei abgeschalteter Anlage die Tasten Erhöhung oder Verringerung der Lüftung drückt (Vgl.c – siehe
Abb.2) , wird nur der Lüfter des Verdampfers aktiviert. Dabei kann man unter 6 verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten
wählen, die auf dem Display des Steuergeräts angezeigt werden.
Um die Lüftung abzuschalten stellt man auf dem Display des Steuergeräts mit der Taste Verringerung der
Lüftergeschwindigkeit den Wert 0 ein.

BATTERIESCHUTZFUNKTION (AC / VENT)

Die Batterieschutzfunktion wird ausgelöst, wenn die Spannung unter den Wert 21,5V absinkt.
In diesem Fall schaltet sich die Anlage (AC oder VENT) ab, wobei auch die Lüftungsfunktion deaktiviert wird, auf
dem Display erscheint die Meldung E1 und das Batteriesymbol leuchtet auf.
Wenn die Spannung mindestens 10 Sekunden lang wieder den Wert 25V erreicht, aktiviert sich das System
automatisch wieder und startet den Lüfter des Kondensators, anschließend den Lüfter des Verdampfers und den
Kompressor.

- die Temperatur regulieren (Vgl.b - siehe Abb.2)
- die Ventilationsgeschwindigkeit regulieren (Vgl.c - siehe Abb.2)
- die Funktion MAX AC einschalten (Vgl.f - siehe Abb.2)
- modifizieren Timer Funktion (Vgl.a - siehe Abb.2)

INSTANDHALTUNG UND BENUTZUNGSRATSCHLAGE

Fresco 3000 RT wird geprueft und bereits mit einer vollstaendigen Fuellung Kuehlmasse geliefert (450G R134a).
Der Kompressor ist bereits mit Schmiermittel versehen.

Die Klimaanlage Fresco 3000 RT funktioniert bei abgeschaltetem Motor extrem gerauscharm.

Es wird empfohlen, Fresco 3000 RT nicht während der Fahrt zu verwenden, die Anlage wurde für den Betrieb im
Stillstand entwickelt.

Es ist effizient und sicher und hat einen geringen Stromverbrauch der die Integrität der Fahrzeugbatterie nicht
belastet, so dass starten immer gewährleistet ist. Es verfügt über eine Batterieschutzvorrichtung (siehe Abschnitt
Funktionsweise).

Um die Effizienz der Klimaanlage Fresco 3000 RT zu verbessern, sollten folgende Empfehlungen beachtet
werden.

Wenn möglich vor dem Anschalten der Klimaanlage das Fahrzeug vor Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt parken.

Falls die Temperatur im Fahrerhaus zu hohe Werte erreichen sollte, wird empfohlen, im Stillstand die Klimaanlage
des Fahrzeugs anzuschalten, um die zu Grosse Wårme so schnell wie möglich zu verringern. Dann den
Fahrzeugmotor abschalten und Fresco 3000 RT anschalten, so dass die gewünschte Temperatur beibehalten wird.

Wåhrend der nachtruhe die Fahrzeugfenster geschlossen halten, um dispersion der kühlen Luft und eindringen von
Wårme und Feuchtigkeit zu vermeiden.

Die Anlage erfordert praktisch keine Wartung.

Es ist zu vermeiden, die Klimaanlage lange inaktiv zu lassen, in jedem Fall sollte sie auch im Winter mindestens
einmal im Monat angeschaltet werden, da der Betrieb die Schmierung einiger Komponenten garantiert, die bei
längerer Inaktivität austrocknen würden.

Regelmäßig die Kondensatorbatterie kontrollieren, wenn nötig mit Druckluft reinigen, dabei darauf achten, die
Alulaschen nicht zu beschädigen. Der Betrieb des Kondensator-Elektrolüfters sollte kontrolliert werden.

Wenn man in der Nähe der Wärmetauscher arbeitet, darauf achten, dass man sich nicht an den scharfen Enden
der Laschen schneidet.

An den Laschen können sich Insekten, Flaum und andere Fremdkörper ablagern, die die Wirksamkeit des
Wärmetauschers verringern.

Zu Beginn jeder Saison jede Komponente der Anlage inspizieren, auch die Elektrokomponenten, um sicher zu
stellen, dass keine Störungen eingetreten sind.

Während der Fahrzeugwäsche absichern, dass keine starken Wasserstrahlen in die Kondensatoreinheit von unten
und durch die Schlitze des Elektrolüfters gerichtet werden; eventuell mit einer Abdeckung schützen.

FUNCIONAMIENTO / CENTRALITA DE CONTROL

ES POSIBILE UTILIZAR FRESCO 3000 RT ACTIVANDO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO O BIEN ÚNICAMENTE LA

FUNCIÓN VENTILACIÓN.

ACONDICIONAMIENTO (AA)

T0 : TEMPERATURA PROGRAMADA POR EL USUARIO

Tamb : TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE DETECTADA POR LA SONDA

V1 : VELOCIDAD DE ROTACIÓN DEL COMPRESOR (2500 Rpm)

V2 : VELOCIDAD DE ROTACIÓN DEL COMPRESOR (4000 Rpm)

Los principios básicos de funcionamiento de la centralita son:

Tras unos 30” del encendido la ventilación se acciona automáticamente.

La instalación AA puede quedar encendida durante un máximo de 6 horas.

En la pantalla aparece siempre la temperatura programada por el usuario (T0).

La temperatura programable por el usuario está comprendida entre 17°C y 28°C.

FUNCIÓN DE LA TECLA DE ENCENDIDO / APAGADO - TIMER (ref.a – ver fig.2)

Funcion Encendido / Apagado:

Cuando el sistema está apagado, la presión durante más de 2 segundos de la tecla, se enciende la instalación AA.
Si la instalación está encendida, la presión durante más de 2 segundos de la tecla, apaga la instalación AA.

Funcion Timer: (ref.a – ver fig.2):

Si la instalación está encendida, cada presión rápida de la tecla TIMER, disminuye en 1 hora el funcionamiento de
la instalación.

FUNCIÓN DE LA TECLA MAX AC (permite obtener el rendimiento máximo del la instalación) (ref.f – ver fig.2)

Cuando el sistema está encendido, (por default en modalidad V1) presionando la tecla MAX AC se arranca la
velocidad V2 de rotación del compresor por 4 horas seguidas y en la pantalla se ilumina completamente el
símbolo del copo de nieve (normalmente, en velocidad V1, encendido por la mitad).
Una vez activada esta función, al presionar de nuevo la tecla MAX AC, se regresa a la velocidad V1.
Presionando la tecla TIMER con el MAX AC activado, las horas de funcionamiento del compresor en velocidad V2
pueden disminuir de 4 a 1 con intervalos de 1 hora.

VENTILACIÓN (VENT)

Si la instalación está apagada se pulsan las teclas de aumento o descenso de ventilación (ref.c – ver fig.2), se
activa únicamente el ventilador del evaporador pudiendo escoger entre 6 diferentes velocidades, visualizadas en la
pantalla de la centralita.
Para apagar el ventilador es necesario programar el valor 0 en la pantalla de la centralita, accionando la telca de
descenso de la velocidad de ventilación.

FUNCIÓN AHORRO DE BATERÍA (AA / VENT)

La función de ahorro de baterías interviene cuando la tensión desciende por debajo del valor de 21,5V.
En este caso, la instalación (AA o VENT) se apagaga, desactivando también la función de ventilación y en la
pantalla aparece el mensaje E1 y se ilumina el símbolo de la batería.

Cuando la tensión vuelve, por al menos 10 segundos, al valor de 25V, el sistema se reactiva automáticamente
empezando a arrancar el ventilador del condensador y, en secuencia, el ventilador del evaporador y el compresor.

- Regular la velocidad de ventilación (ref.c - ver fig.2)
- Insertar la función de MAX AC (ref.f - ver fig.2)
- Modificar la función TIMER (ref.a - ver fig.2)

MANTENIMIENTO Y CONSEJOS

El Fresco 3000 RT se suministra con una carga de refrigerante (450g R134a) y probado. El compresor ya está
dotado de lubrificante.

El climatizador Fresco 3000 RT funciona con el motor apagado de modo extremadamente silencioso.

Se recomienda no utilizar Fresco 3000 RT durante la marcha del vehiculo. Ha sido ideado para funcionar durante
la parada.

Eficaz y seguro, tiene un consumo electrico reducido que no compromete la integridad de las baterias del vehiculo
asegurando en todo momento el arranque. Esta dotado de dispositivo salva-baterias (véase párrafo
funcionamento).

Para mejorar la eficacia del climatizador Fresco 3000 RT se aconseja:

De ser posible, antes del encendido, aparcar el vehiculo fuera del alcance de los rayos solares.

En caso de que la temperatura en el interior de la cabina alcanzara valores demasiado elevados, se aconseja,
durante la parada, encender el climatizador del vehiculo para hacer descender de forma mas rapida el calor
excesivo. A continuacion, apagar el motor del vehiculo y encender el Fresco 3000 RT, que mantendra la
temperatura deseada.

Durante el descanso nocturno, mantener cerradas las ventanillas del vehiculo para evitar fugas de aire fresco y la
emision de calor y humedad.

El mantenimiento de la instalacion es practicamente nulo.

Evitar dejar inactivo el climatizador durante un largo rato, y encenderlo al menos una vez al mes incluso en los
períodos invernales, ya que el funcionamiento garantiza la lubricación de algunos componentes que tenderían a
secarse si se dejan sin ser activados durante mucho tiempo.

Controlar de forma periódica la batería condensadora y si fuera necesario limpiarla mediante aire comprimido,
prestando gran atención para no dañar las aletas de aluminio. Es conveniente comprobar el funcionamiento del
rotor eléctrico condensador.

Cuando se trabaja cerca de los intercambiadores de calor, se debe prestar atención a no cortarse con los
extremos cortantes de las aletas.

En éstas se pueden depositar insectos, filamentos y otros cuerpos que llevan a una reducción de la eficacia del
intercambiador de calor.

Al inicio de cada estación, inspeccionar todos los componentes de la instalación, incluidos los componentes
eléctricos, para comprobar que no se hayan producido anomalías.

Durante el lavado del vehículo, asegurarse de no dirigir chorros de agua violentos en el interior de la unidad
condensadora por la parte baja y a través de las ranuras del rotor eléctrico; en caso de ser necesario proteger con
algún tipo de envoltorio.

POSIBLES REPARACIONES O INTERVENCIONES PARA LA CARGAR Y RECUPERACIÓN DE

REFRIGERANTE DEBEN LLEVARSE A CABO EN TALLERES AUTORIZADOS AUTOCLIMA Y POR
PERSONAL CUALIFICADO.
