MODALITA’ DI PAGAMENTO
SOLO PER APPUNTAMENTI E “WALK IN” MATTUTINI (il rilascio del passaporto è a vista)*.
 Pagamento con DEBIT CARD BRITANNICA (NON SONO ACCETTATE CONTACTLESS, CREDIT CARD, AMEX, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY).
*La consegna del passaporto è a vista in assenza di cause ostative. Verificare l’importo aggiornato QUI.
SOLO PER APPUNTAMENTI, PRATICHE POSTALI E “WALK IN” POMERIDIANI (il passaporto sarà spedito all’indirizzo indicato sulla busta).
 Pagamento con POSTAL ORDER (acquistabile presso qualsiasi ufficio postale). Verificare l’importo aggiornato QUI.
 BUSTA RACCOMANDATA PREAFFRANCATA “SPECIAL DELIVERY” fino a 500gr (acquistabile presso qualsiasi ufficio postale) per la spedizione
del passaporto ed eventuale vecchio passaporto.

Minori da 0 a 11 anni - LUN - MAR - GIO dalle 15:00 alle 16:00 CHECK LIST 1
Entrambi i genitori devono firmare il modulo di richiesta MOD2. Se un genitore è extra UE, la firma deve essere autenticata presso il Consolato, por-
tando a seguito il passaporto originale. La foto del minore (modulo di richiesta AFT2) deve essere autenticata solo dal genitore appartenente all’UE,
con il minore in presenza, presso il Consolato. Per l’autentica di foto e firma senza recarsi in Consolato, verificare QUI.

Seguire le stesse indicazioni per “passaporti minori da 12 a 17 anni con appuntamento”. Munirsi di “postal order” e “special delivery”.
“Over 70” (senza appuntamento) da MAR a VEN dalle 09:00 alle 12:00 CHECK LIST 2
Il vecchio passaporto deve avere validità residua inferiore a 6 mesi.
“Dolce Attesa” (senza appuntamento) da LUN a VEN dalle 12:00 alle 13:00 CHECK LIST 2
Il vecchio passaporto deve avere validità residua inferiore a 6 mesi. Ad eccezione di evidente stato di gravidanza, presentare idonea documentazione
medica.
“Disabili” (senza appuntamento) da LUN a VEN dalle 12:00 alle 13:00.
Il vecchio passaporto deve avere validità residua inferiore a 6 mesi. Portare certificazione di disabilità. In base all’età del richiedente, consultare la
“Check list 1” per minorenni o “Check list 2” per maggiorenni.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
MORNING APPOINTMENTS AND “WALK IN” (the passport will be issued the same day)*:
BRITISH DEBIT CARD (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS, CREDIT CARD, AMEX, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY).
*Passports are normally issued the same day unless any problem prevents the issue of the passport. Click HERE for the updated amount due.

AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS, POSTAL APPLICATION AND “WALK IN” ONLY (the passport will be sent to the address provided):
 POSTAL ORDER (can be purchased at any post office. Click HERE for the updated amount due.
 PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY up to 500gr (can be purchased at any post office) for the delivery of the passport. Please do not forget to indicate
the address where you want the passport to be sent to.

POSTAL APPLICATION

Both parents must sign the application form MOD2. If one of the parents is a non-EU national, he/she must bring his/her original passport, in order to
sign the application form before a Consular official. The passport photo authentication of the minor (application form AFT2) can be submitted by EU
nationals only, with the child in person, before a Consular official, alternatively, without coming to the Consulate, click HERE.

documentation.
“Disabled persons” (without appointment) from MON to FRI from 12:00 to 13:00.
The old passport must have a residual validity of less than 6 months. Submit appropriate documentation in order to prove the disability. Depending on
the age of the applicant, consult the "Check list 1" for minors or "Check list 2" for over 18’s.
