- The belt frame can be positioned at discretion of the
assembler in two positions (A or B); A’

the bracket and, with the aid of a drill, make the relevant B’

- Posizionare la struttura sul pavimento riferendosi al foro
precedentemente eseguito;
- con il marker segnare gli ulteriori due fori di fissaggio da eseguire A' e A‘’
/ B' e B‘’;
- Togliere la struttura ed eseguire i fori da Ø16.
A - Place the belt frame on the floor referring to the previously drilled hole;
- Mark the two additional fixing holes to be drilled A' and A‘’ / B' and B‘’;
- Remove the belt frame and drill Ø16 holes.

FASE DI TAGLIO PAVIMENTO :
FLOOR CUTTING PHASE :
- Realizzare il regolo in legno secondo le dimensioni riportate
nell’immagine ‘5’ con uno spessore pari all’altezza del
pavimento;
- Poggiare il regolo sul pavimento allineandolo ai fori
realizzati in precedenza ed eseguire il taglio del pavimento
sagomandolo secondo le misure del regolo stesso.
Attenzione a maggiorare tutte le quote del taglio di almeno
3mm.
- Make the wooden spacer according to the dimensions
shown in image ‘5’ with a thickness equal to the height of
the floor, except in the offset plate area; IMG. 4
- Place the wooden spacer on the floor by matching it to the Pavimento/ Floor
holes made earlier and make the floor cut by shaping it
according to the measurements of the wooden spacer.
Take care to increase all dimensions of the cut by at least 3
mm. NOTA / NOTE :
Prevedere, in caso di presenza
dell’isofix, l’estensione del regolo
per il supporto della gamba i-size.
Specifiche ulteriori sono riportate
nella scheda installazione isofix.

FASE DI ASSEMBLAGGIO STRUTTURA:
BELT FRAME ASSEMBLY PHASE:
- Utilizzando le 2 viti M8x60, 4 rondelle per M8 e i 2 dadi
autobloccanti M8 fissare come indicato nell’immagine la
traversa e il puntone anteriore alla struttura.
- Serrare le viti con una coppia di serraggio di 23 Nm ± 2 Nm
- Using the 2 M8x60 screws, 4 washers for M8 and the 2 M8
self-locking nuts, fix the cross beam and the front strut to the
belt frame as shown in the image.
- Tight screws to a torque of 23 Nm ± 2 Nm

5) FASE DI FISSAGGIO STRUTTURA

FASE DI FISSAGGIO STRUTTURA SU PAVIMENTO:
PHASE OF BELT FRAME FIXING TO FLOOR:
- Posizionare il regolo nel taglio realizzato a pavimento.
- Posizionare la struttura sopra il regolo in legno ed allineare i
fori di fissaggio.
- Fissare la struttura alle staffe sottopavimento tramite la viteria
fornita in dotazione (1x M14x180 (a), 2x M14x100 (b), 1x
M14x80 (c)) e serrare con i dadi (A - A’ - A’’ - C) alla coppia di
33 ± 2 Nm.
- Infine fissare il puntone al pavimento utilizzando la specifica
viteria a legno fornita(2x ø8x25 (d)).
- Position the wooden spacer in the cut made in the floor;
- Place the frame on the wooden spacer, then align the fixing
holes.
- Fix the frame to the underfloor brackets using the screws
supplied (1x M14x180 (a), 2x M14x100 (b), 1x M14x80 (c))
and tight with bolts (A - A’ - A’’ - C) to a torque of 33 ± 2 Nm.
- Finally, fix the strut to the floor using the specific wood screws b
supplied (2x ø8X25 (d)). b a
