The wave spring is a spiral of new design produced
with high-precisions techniques. This spring, thanks to
FOR RACE its honeycomb structure, grants a perfect flatness of the
clutch thrust sides and it can bear loads till 200kg. Polini
wave spring is set by the factory to bear 80 kg, that can
be modified thanks to the setting shims available in the
packaging, that let the variation of the load till 200 kg

4 - DISCS WAVE SPRING prearranged with a proper centering housing. The clutch
MOLLA WAVE 4 DISCHI hub and the pressure-plates are made of machined nitride
steel. The material used to produce the clutch discs lets
VESPA 50-125 ET3 a greatly increased friction coefficient thus increasing its
resistance under stress. The FOR RACE clutch is made of 4
steel discs with cork friction material (1,9mm thick) and 3
steel discs (1mm thick) and its assembly is recommended

La molla wave è una spirale di nuova concezione
prodotta con tecniche costruttive di alta precisione.
Questa molla grazie alla sua struttura ad alveare,
garantisce un’ottima planarità sulle facce di spinta della
frizione e tollera carichi elevati fino a 200 Kg. Di serie la
molla wave Polini è tarata per avere un carico di 80 kg.,
che può essere modificato grazie a spessori di settaggio
disponibili all’interno della confezione, che consentono
di variare il carico fino a 200 Kg. di spinta. La molla è
perfettamente alloggiata nel mozzo frizione predisposto
con apposita sede di [Link] mozzo frizione e i
piattelli spingi disco sono in acciaio nitrurato ricavato
dal pieno. I dischi frizione sono stati perfezionati con
un materiale che ne aumenta il coefficiente d’attrito per
migliorarne la tenuta sotto sforzo. La frizione FOR RACE
è composta da 4 dischi in acciaio rivestiti con materiale
230.0504 d’attrito in sughero (spessore 1,9 mm.) e 3 in acciaio
WAVE SPRING (WITHOUT DISCS) (spessore 1 mm.) ed il montaggio è consigliato per motori
originali o preparati fino a 15 HP. La frizione
MOLLA WAVE (SENZA DISCHI) EVOLUTION è composta da 4 dichi in acciaio
VESPA 50-125 ET3 rivestiti con materiale d’attrito sinterizzato
ad alte prestazioni (spessore 1,9 mm)
e tre in acciaio (spessore 1 mm.)
