Status Kamar
Kondisi atau keadaan kamar itu ditulis dengan kode atau simbol, yang
umumnya hampir sama untuk semua hotel.

a. OC (Occupied ) : Kamar tersebut ditempati oleh tamu.
b. V (Vacant) : Kamar itu sudah kosong namun belum siap
dijual karena belum dibersihkan.
c. VC (Vacant Clean) : Kamar itu sudah kosong dan sudah
dibersihkan namun belum siap dijual.
d. VCI (Vacant Clean
Inspected) : Kamar itu sudah kosong, sudah dibersihkan
dan sudah diperiksa oleh supervisor,
sehingga kamar siap untuk dijual.
e. CO (Check Out) : Tamu meninggalkan hotel /kamar dan
sudah membayar rekening.
f. SO (Sleep Out) : Tamu sudah check in di hotel namun tamu
tersebut tidur di luar ( tidak menempati
kamar yang disewa).
g. DD (Dont Disturb) : Tamu tidak mau diganggu.
h. DL (Double Lock) : Kamar tersebut dikunci dua kali sehingga
tidak bisa dibuka dengan kunci kamar.
i. OOO (Out of Order ) : Kamar tersebut tidak bisa dijual, karena ada
kerusakan.
