The late payment fine is determined by the following calculation: 5% x (Outstanding Principal
Financing Value + Unpaid Interest). /
Denda keterlambatan ditetapkan dengan penghitungan berikut: 5% x (Nilai Pokok Pembiayaan Belum
Dibayar + Bunga Belum Dibayar).

Please note that if an installment is not paid by the next due date, the debtor will be charged the
unpaid late payment fine from the previous month, in addition to the new late payment fine for the

Untuk diperhatikan, jika suatu cicilan belum dibayar sampai tanggal jatuh tempo berikutnya, maka
debitur akan dikenakan denda keterlambatan yang belum terbayar dari bulan sebelumnya, ditambah
