I build software that holds up when a lot of people use it — and I do research on AI that understands how humans move.

🎓 Master's in Computer Science (Research) — University at Buffalo, graduating May 2027
🔬 Graduate Research Assistant — advisor Prof. Junsong Yuan. I teach AI models to generate realistic human movement from music.
💻 Software Engineer Intern — Classavo, an early-stage education startup used by thousands of professors and students.
Before grad school I spent two years as a full-time Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services - Research in Mumbai, building and maintaining backend systems for enterprise clients.
My lab works on teaching computers to understand and generate human motion.
Think of it this way: a human can watch a dancer and instantly know whether the movement matches the music, whether the posture is off, and what to fix. Computers are still bad at this. I'm working on closing that gap.
Why it matters: the same ideas power sports coaching, physical therapy, animation, and robotics — any place a machine needs to understand a body in motion.
At Classavo I work on a live classroom platform that grew very fast in 2026 (the company went from roughly $200K to $1M+ in revenue between summer and fall). My job wasn't the growth - it was making sure the product didn't break while it happened.
Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services (2 years, full-time): built and maintained 15+ APIs (30% faster responses), broke a large legacy application into smaller independent services (40% faster), wrote a tool that saved 4 hours of manual work per codebase, raised test coverage from 45% to 95%, and mentored junior engineers.

| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| GoingOnce | Hackathon-winning platform where four AI agents match car buyers to unsold inventory, write condition reports, negotiate, and close deals — with a human approving every step |
| PatchPilot | An AI agent that reads an unfamiliar open-source codebase, finds real issues, and writes working fixes for them |
| Medstore · code | A medicine delivery store I built and launched during COVID-19. Did 200K+ INR in sales and still serves 50+ users years later |
| Skeleton Joint Inpainting | Given a body pose with missing joints, this model reconstructs the ones that are hidden |
| eBay ML Competition | Pulled structured car details out of messy German product listings for eBay's 2025 university competition |

I'm open to new-grad software engineering and AI/ML roles starting mid-2027, and I'm always happy to talk about human motion research, AI agents, or making slow systems fast.
