Add support for local ui command to view results #243
Description
This issue tracks adding support for a ui sub-command:
agent-eval ui # used for locally interacting with results (should show up as the directory changes)
agent-eval ui build # used for building a site to be hosted in like GitHub PagesThis should make it easy to view the results of a benchmark, experiment, or scenario locally as well as deploy this to a GitHub pages site.
