I was using GitHub for personal learning and DevOps practice, specifically Terraform, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub Actions CI/CD. I was testing a Terraform CI workflow and pushing normal infrastructure-as-code commits to my repository. I did not intentionally engage in spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or any activity intended to violate GitHub's policies.
