Benefit Activation/Waiting
Hi everyone,
My first application was rejected due to incomplete info. I fixed everything (billing info, profile name, and uploaded a clear doc with my school's full name) and resubmitted it.
The status shows "Applied on Oct 16" and it's been pending for 20 days now. Is this normal? Do I need to do anything else, or just keep waiting?
