Verification Help & Guidance

Hi everyone,

I am writing to express my frustration of my github student verification being rejected. The rejection letter points out several key points, and i would like to address them:

1. The letter mentioned that "You must configure your browser and operating system to allow location access. You may not use a VPN". However, i am in china, and closing my VPN will result in github unable to load. Therefore, i cannot continue into the next process. I have also included a screenshot of my vpn page (being in singapore, which i believe should also be the location detected by browser?), but it's still rejectd.
2. The letter mentioned that "Please use your device camera to submit your academic affiliation documents. If you’re having trouble using your device camera, please allow camera access for the application website on your browser." I am currently using OBS virtual camera for a screenshot capture. The reason that there are black frames around it is that i have to adjust the photo so that it can fit into the capture page. I am unable to log into github via my phone, because on iPhone, Google Chrome won't sync passkeys, and github's enforcing 2FA forced me to only use a recovery key, which requires a lot of time to find. Since you dont support file uploading, i don't know any other ways for me to prove myself. Is it possible that you contact me via my Gmail and i can provide you my information?
   Thanks!
   Kevin
