Copilot Fusion is not worth it and extremely unpredictable. #211890

I started Copilot using a prompt identical to one I used repeatedly all month, without realising the change in Fusion. My token count exploded using almost as much in a day as I used in a month previously. I think it decided everything needed fable. I am now down to manual but it is already wasted a huge amount. I've warned others in my org to turn it off. |

Same here as well Copilot Fusion is not worth it. It uses bigger models for simple task and consuming more credits |

Copilot is using Opus even for simple tasks like a single commit and push. A task that small doesn’t need a premium model, and it burns through premium requests fast. I also can’t see where my discount is applied in the usage view. Please route simple tasks to a lighter model, or bring back Auto so I can control which model is used. |
Uh oh!

Why would it use opus to just do a commit and push?
Seems like fusion is sometimes using opus for things that it should not be using opus for and it's not clear where my discount is.
I miss auto.
