Good news: I checked your repo through the public API and the site is not actually stuck. Only one orphaned run is, and it isn't blocking anything. What the API shows right now
So your latest commit is live. What happened to run 41288521485 It's the automatic Later pushes create new, independent Pages runs, and they all went through. The orphan doesn't hold a lock. What to do
There's no need to delete the repository or unpublish the site. |

Discussion Details
Hello GitHub Community,
My GitHub Pages deployment is stuck.
Repository: https://github.com/innercodesystems/ics-auswertungstool
Custom domain: www.innercodesystems.com
Workflow: https://github.com/innercodesystems/ics-auswertungstool/actions/runs/41288521485
The latest workflow has remained in queued status since November 1, 2026.
A previous deployment failed with HTTP 400 because GitHub reported another deployment in progress. However, the allegedly blocking Pages deployment now reports succeed.
Normal cancellation returns: Cannot cancel a workflow run that is completed.
Force cancellation returns HTTP 409: Cannot cancel a workflow re-run that has not yet queued.
The Pages API reports status: errored.
GitHub Support closed ticket #4936396 and referred me to Community Discussions.
How can I safely resolve this inconsistent Pages deployment state without deleting my repository or disrupting the live website?
Thank you.
