You're not missing anything. Introspecting the live schema confirms it:
So those four settings are write-only in the public APIs today. For the Terraform provider, the practical options are:
Option 1 is how the provider already handles values it can't read back, such as secrets. Either way, document that changes made in the UI to those four settings won't be detected. |

You can update all the various Team Code Review Auto-Assignment Settings via the UpdateTeamReviewAssignmentInput Mutation, however there doesn't seem to be any way to retrieve the current values for many of these settings.
Specifically, you can set the
countMembersAlreadyRequested, excludedTeamMemberIds,includeChildTeamMembers, andremoveTeamRequestbut have no way to retrieve their current values. You can only retrieve the current values of algorithm (
reviewRequestDelegationAlgorithm), member count (reviewRequestDelegationMemberCount), and notification settings (reviewRequestDelegationNotifyTeam) via Team Object.I'm hoping to expand the GitHub Terraform provider to allow managing these settings, but I'm hesitant given it won't be able to retrieve them for verification/modification purposes.
