You should submit tickets, but be aware that it will likely be weeks. I had a token stolen on October 6th and my account was suspended. I submitted a ticket on October 6th and have not heard back 4 weeks later. As the github staff may copy and paste if they notice this discussion, this is a community forum and the staff won't really help you here so your only option, as I understand it, is to submit a ticket and wait for a weeks or months for a response. |

We have recently experienced a serious issue within our organization. Several of our developers' GitHub accounts have been suspended without any specific explanation or notification email.
For additional context, over the past few months, our organization has experienced multiple malware and supply-chain security incidents affecting our developers' computers and GitHub repositories.
We are concerned that these security incidents may be connected to the recent account suspensions.
We would sincerely appreciate your assistance in investigating this situation and clarifying the following:
What caused these developer accounts to be suspended?
Are the suspensions related to suspicious activity, compromised credentials, or previous security incidents?
What steps should we take to secure our organization and recover the affected accounts?
We take GitHub's security policies very seriously and are fully committed to resolving any issues and preventing future incidents.
We would be grateful if your security team could review our case and provide guidance on the next steps.
