This seems like a billing sync issue. I'd recommend contacting GitHub Support with your Apple payment receipt so they can check your subscription and restore Actions access. |

My GitHub Pro subscription (billed through Apple, PKR 620) renewed on 31 Oct 2026, but all my GitHub Actions runs still fail with: "The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased." My billing cycle ended 30 Oct and included minutes should have reset. Account: shahanshah110. Please check my billing and unblock Actions.
