I know my way around integrated development environments like IntelliJ Idea, Visual Studio Code and RStudio. While I used to use Windows system on daily basis, I now use Linux (Debian 13) for everything.
While I use laptop for most tasks, I also have a dedicated server (configuration: HomeLab - in the process of documenting everything) with a few virtual machines and containers where I do more resource hungry bioinformatic analyses, have a NAS and other personal services.
