Using the wayfinder skill the agent came up with the following ticket which is stated as a task but it does not look like a task. There is no indication of if this is HITL or AFK even though it is a task and I don't think the task should have a question. Upon further investigation there is no schema referenced for the tickets the agent makes using way finder other than some descriptions of what each ticket type is. Is this intentional or malformed output by the agent?
