param :class should automatically translate to param :className alias: :class #58
Description
currently, you can say DIV(class: 'some-class') and under the hood this gets translated to DIV(className: 'some-class)
For symmetry, it should work the other way around. This can probably be easily done by translating param :class to param :className, alias: :class

in fact trying to create a param of name :class causes all sorts of problems as in the legacy system it tries to create a
params.classmethod which kills the whole system.closes #58
