Using graphcode in parallel</A>
</H1>
<P>
To use graphcode in parallel, you need to install
Classdesc,<A NAME="160"> </A> ParMETIS<A NAME="161"> </A><A NAME="162"> </A> and
MPI.<A NAME="163"> </A> Define the preprocessor symbol
<code>MPI_SUPPORT</code><A NAME="164"> </A> to enable the parallel
processing code. An example Makefile for the <code>poisson_demo</code>
example illustrate how this is done.<A NAME="165"> </A>
<P>
You will need to arrange the class definitions for your objects, as
well as the graphcode.h file to be processed by
classdesc. One way of doing this is to <code>#include</code> .cd files into one of
the C++ source files, and have a <code>.h.cd</code> rule in your Makefile, as
suggested in the classdesc documentation.
