Skip Uvicorn's default logging formatter configuration, which fails in the bundled Windows app. Add a regression test for server startup settings. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Generate a persistent local CA and LAN TLS certificate, expose only the public CA download over a separate HTTP listener, and guide phone users through explicit certificate trust. Serve pairing over HTTPS/WSS and test certificate validation and both listeners. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Report signaling answers separately from a connected video path, expose direct link failures on the phone, and show PC status only after video frames arrive. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Adds a Windows desktop app that lets an Android or iPhone provide a camera feed to a PC over the local Wi-Fi network. PIN-authorized WebSocket signaling negotiates a direct WebRTC video connection, with no cloud service or external video relay.
The app includes a CustomTkinter preview with FPS, QR pairing, start/stop controls, screenshots, fullscreen preview, and phone-side resolution and camera selection. Documentation covers trusted local HTTPS requirements for browser camera access and scoped Windows Firewall rules. Plain HTTP on a LAN IP is explicitly not presented as a secure camera-access workaround.
Validation:
python -m pytest -p no:cacheprovider -q(6 passed); local HTTP/static/WebSocket smoke test passed; synthetic direct WebRTC offer/answer delivered a video frame successfully. Physical-phone and packaged-executable testing remain outstanding.
