Summary

Closes #4844.

Return stored responseParameters from PutMethodResponse and GetMethodResponse.
Implement UpdateMethodResponse PATCH for add, replace and remove of response headers. Invalid patches fail without partially changing the stored response.
Add HTTP integration coverage and an AWS SDK v2 compatibility test.

@aniketshukla1 The escaping one is worth fixing: line 1705 does the same path.substring("/responseParameters/".length()) but wraps it in unescapeJsonPointer, so a header named X~Tag lands under X~0Tag here. Six callers already use that helper, so it is a one-word change.

Greptile's race is real too, though the class only locks domain names today. It matters more here than elsewhere because PATCH promises a merge: a concurrent PUT losing a race just overwrites, while this silently drops the other caller's header.

Addressed both points in f60581a: method-response writes are serialized, PATCH paths decode JSON Pointer escaping, and regression tests cover escaped header names and concurrent PATCHes. Focused tests and checkstyle pass.

@aniketshukla1 thanks, the decoding and the lock both look right. One small thing left: the API model gives UpdateMethodResponse a 201 success code, same as PutMethodResponse, but the new handler returns 200 and the test pins it. Returning 201 there and updating that assertion would match.
