1. Create and start pipeline with SQL

CREATE TABLE a (foo BIGINT) WITH ('materialized' = 'true');

2. Run

insert into a values (1), (2), (3)

3. Run

select * from a

multiple times (press Enter repeatedly), waiting for the previous query to complete

4. Observe:

• Incomplete rows
• Various stream errors
