  2. Batch 5 refined: Python 90%, CLI 85%. Tutorials regenerated. 

    Full pipeline re-run results:
- Python: 18/20 pass (2 need pre-existing resources)
- CLI: 17/20 pass (3 need pre-existing resources)
- All 20 tutorials regenerated from updated scripts
- All scripts have tagging (doc-smith + tutorial ID)
- CLI scripts have structure (set -e, TEMP_DIR, trap EXIT)
