What changed in this PR

Synchronizes AnkiDroid’s Android string resources with Crowdin, updating resource keys across locales and expanding Ukrainian translations. No application logic changes are included.

Changes:

Adds the English webview_unsupported_message string to locale resources.
Removes pref_fixed_port_title and pref_fixed_port_summary from locale preferences.
Updates Ukrainian dialog, profile, download, sorting, and power-saving text.
