Agent Atlas focuses on the hard part of production AI: making operational decisions safe, explainable, auditable, and improvable over time.

I have spent 25+ years building distributed systems across payments, eCommerce, blockchain, identity, privacy, mobility, real estate technology, and operational platforms — with leadership and architecture experience across PayPal, Apple, Ripple, Rivian, and Anywhere Real Estate.

Public work is intentionally limited. Most Agent Atlas implementation work lives in private repositories.

Agent Atlas is a governed decision layer for production AI agents.

The first verticals are payment operations and agentic commerce, starting with ACH workflows where failed payments, returns, disputes, retries, account limits, reconciliation, policy exceptions, and human approvals all create operational risk, and expanding into consent-governed autonomous purchasing decisions and operator oversight for agent-mediated commerce.

The core idea:

Retrieval can inform a system.

Judgment must be governed.

Actions need controls.

Agent Atlas helps operational agents move from generic generation to structured decisions through domain workflow context, policy-as-data, confidence checks, human approval gates, audit trails, simulation, outcome tracking, and feedback loops.

The goal is to help teams scale operational judgment safely.
