Hi, I'm Alex 👋

Software engineer and CTO at Stuveo. I build LLM-powered products end to end (AI agents, MCP tooling, data pipelines and fast ML inference) in Python and TypeScript.

What I've worked on

  • Stuveo (edtech): lead engineer and CTO. Built Gabi, an AI academic advisor with tool calling, memory and evals, and a data pipeline covering 39k degrees and 900k+ subjects.
  • Freelance: AI-native chat platform, VS Code assistant and an open-source MCP server for a scientific AI startup; ~2x faster computer-vision pipeline for an inventory platform.
  • UNITH: real-time AI video chat. 5x inference throughput with Triton + TensorRT, load-tested to 10k concurrent conversations, grew the team from 2 to 8.
