What happened?

Mobs instantly grow up when leaving and joining the server.

To Reproduce

Get a baby mob, e.g with breeding and leave and join the server again.

I haven't been able to test this with non-breedable mobs because the command to summon babies doesn't work.

Expected behavior

The mob stays in its baby state.
