fix(caddy): put Glance, Netronome and nuc Cockpit behind Authelia - #496

dash.mljr.eu (Glance), speedtest.mljr.eu (Netronome) and nuc.mljr.eu (nuc's Cockpit login) were reachable from the internet with no Authelia in front, found in the zero trust Phase 0 inventory. Add caddy_auth: authelia to all three, and require a second factor for both Cockpit vhosts (cockpit.mljr.eu, nuc.mljr.eu), the same as paperless.
