KTL-5118 Implement archive page for benchmarks - #5863

These specs are not part of `test:ci`, which runs only test/production,
test/e2e/grammar and test/e2e/docs, so four assertions drifted from the
source without ever failing a build:

- hero intro expected "continuous initiative", a string that exists
  nowhere in blocks/;
- the dataset row link expected "pinterest/ktlint" while methodology.yml
  says "ktlint/ktlint";
- latency was required to have zero-padded minutes, but the data holds
  "8h 1m", "11h 8m" and "17h 1m";
- datasetRows was asserted visible while resolving to 8 elements, which
  is a strict-mode violation.
