Adds a Fikra API section to the OpenAI-compatible API docs.
Fikra is an OpenAI-compatible inference API at
https://fikraapi.co.ke/v1, configured with the standardOPENAI_API_BASE/OPENAI_API_KEYenv vars and used asaider --model openai/deepseek-v4.1-flash.The new section follows the existing page structure and keeps DeepSeek facts first:
