(2) Buildings, sites, Port buildings and (a) Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of

1. Vessel as pursuant to Article 2(1) of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry Into
Charges Marine Accidents (hereinafter referred to as ‘marine accidents’); coastal vessels;
ocean-going vessels entering and departing without any cargo for repair work at

ocean-going vessel), according to the Marine Transportation Act, via sea or land
wharfage charge for the cargoes departing is exempt. Provided,, That liquid or

(1) Military cargoes; cargoes that are devolved on the National Treasury, seized,

(4) Any company that concluded a port operation agreement in accordance with
10% Article 10 of the Act on Maintaining Marine Transportation and Port Functions to
Prepare for Emergencies (Up to KRW 500 million)
(5) Any cargo handling company that provides cargo loading and unloading-related
services to shipping lines by concluding a direct contract with tally, etc. (tally, appraisal,
and weighing) and port service businesses (limited to tugboat service and securing
cargo (It shall be up to 300 million won. In case a cargo handling company
handles only its cargoes, it shall be kept up to 100 million won.) until December
31, 2023
